How it Works
It’s pretty simple: You tell your friends about Motion Tactic. When they decide to work with us, we’ll pay you 10% of the project value.
1. Connect Us
Direct your referral to schedule a consultation via our online booking form or send an email with both parties CC’ed to make an introduction.
2. Let us Know
Inform us via email at info@motiontactic.com that you have made a referral and we should expect to hear from them.
3. Get Paid
After the client has decided to work with us, we’ll send you 10% of the total billings as we receive them for the project.

What counts as a successful referral?
A successful referral is one that results in an agreement for Motion Tactic to provide services to the referred client and in a signed scope of work.
When are referral commissions paid?
Commissions are paid as payment is collected from the referred client. The total amount may be broken out into multiple payments that are paid once specific milestones have been met. After we receive a signed scope of work, we will inform you of the payment terms so you know what to expect.
How long will it take for me to receive my referral commission?
After we receive funds from the client, we will send a check for commission payments within 15 days.
How long can I continue to receive commissions from a referral?
Commissions typically only apply to the first project that a client completes with Motion Tactic. Additional projects or ongoing engagements are not eligible for commission. The exception is if we work with the client on a small discovery/strategy consultation that leads to a larger project. In that case, both the consultation and work that comes immediately after the consultation would both be eligible for commission.
How will I get paid?
Referral commissions are paid by check. If this is the first time receiving a commission from Motion Tactic, we will require a signed IRS Form W-9 before we remit payment.
Can I refer my own company?
We cannot pay out a referral commission to employees of the referred company.
Is there a limit to how many companies I can refer or how much I can make?
Nope. Keep ’em coming!
