How We Built a Sophisticated, Scalable Website for Westview Advisors

Westview Advisors is a boutique executive search and leadership advisory firm based in Nashville, TN. Their team works with organizations to identify, attract, and develop top-tier leadership talent. As a new player in the industry, Westview needed a digital presence that would reflect their professionalism, establish trust, and clearly communicate the value they bring to their clients.

The Challenge

We worked with Westview to build a completely custom website tailored to their brand. The project kicked off with three distinct moodboard directions, each designed to resonate with their ideal client profiles. From there, we refined the design, incorporating typography and visual elements that aligned with their logo and printed materials.

The final design included thoughtful UI touches like accordion-style components and interactive hover states, making the site feel dynamic while staying easy to navigate. We also created a custom homepage animation featuring upward-moving arrows—a visual metaphor for how Westview helps clients move forward with confidence.
