Their flagship product, TrackerCheck, is a powerful completions management system designed for the pre-commissioning, commissioning, and startup phases of industrial projects. It helps teams organize, track, manage, and report on project milestones efficiently.
Tracker Technologies faced multiple challenges before partnering with us, including an outdated website design that hindered user navigation and access to essential service information. Their SEO performance was subpar, with limited organic visibility for critical keywords like “commissioning software” and “completions software.” Additionally, their content lacked focus and engagement, failing to target bottom-of-funnel keywords that could attract qualified leads. These issues contributed to stagnant organic traffic and low engagement on key pages, limiting their overall digital effectiveness.
To achieve these goals, we entered into a 1-year engagement with Tracker Technologies from October 2023 to October 2024. Our solution included a full website redesign, in-depth keyword research, and the creation of impactful content tailored to their audience. This content included five bottom-of-funnel pages and 23 SEO-optimized blog posts designed to drive traffic and conversions. The revamped website launched in May 2024, setting the foundation for long-term SEO success and enhanced visibility in their niche market.
Our approach to revitalizing Tracker Technologies’ online presence began with a complete website redesign, enhancing user experience, mobile responsiveness, and site speed while aligning the site with the target audience’s needs. Through comprehensive keyword research, we identified high-value, bottom-of-funnel terms such as “commissioning software” and “EPC project management software,” forming the basis of a robust SEO strategy.
We developed five optimized pages designed to drive conversions and created a content strategy featuring 23 blog posts that addressed industry pain points and captured long-tail keywords. Key topics included commissioning software, change management, and real-time collaboration in EPC projects. Performance was meticulously tracked using SEMrush and Search Console to measure clicks, impressions, and keyword rankings, ensuring the strategy delivered measurable results.
Our strategy delivered impressive results for Tracker Technologies between June and October, achieving a 1,225% increase in organic keywords, growing from 8 to 106 ranked keywords. Organic traffic surged by 300%, increasing daily site visits from 3 to 12. Total clicks rose by 410%, jumping from 52 to 265, while total impressions skyrocketed by 2,690%, climbing from 1,670 to 46,600. These metrics highlight the effectiveness of our SEO and website redesign efforts in driving visibility and engagement.
