Seerist is a SaaS company based in Reston, Virginia, specializing in threat and risk intelligence powered by AI. Their platform is trusted by government agencies and enterprises to deliver real-time insights that help organizations anticipate and respond to emerging risks. Historically, Seerist focused exclusively on serving government clients, but with a maturing product and expanding use cases, they were ready to broaden their reach into the B2B market.

For this project, Seerist’s goals were clear: elevate the look and feel of their website with a modern and sophisticated design, improve messaging to resonate with both government and commercial buyers, and create a stronger path to conversions. They needed a digital presence that reflected the innovation of their platform while positioning them competitively in a broader marketplace.

The Challenge

Before the redesign, Seerist’s website was not keeping pace with their evolving market position. The site felt dated, lacked a cohesive design system, and did little to showcase the value of their product. For prospective commercial buyers, messaging wasn’t clear or targeted enough, which limited conversions. For their existing government audience, the site didn’t effectively communicate the depth of the platform’s capabilities.

Navigation was also a major barrier. Without a strong content hierarchy, users struggled to find relevant information, leaving the site without a clear understanding of Seerist’s offering. On top of these challenges, Seerist needed to increase visibility. The site did not appear in searches tied to their ideal B2B customers, creating a gap between the strength of their product and its presence online.

The Solution

To address these challenges, we began with a collaborative discovery process that included stakeholder workshops, competitive audits, and creative exercises. These sessions gave us a clear understanding of Seerist’s goals and ensured that every decision, from design to content strategy, was tied to their long-term growth objectives.

Our solution centered on three key initiatives: restructuring the site’s content to better align with customer needs, creating a clean and modern design system, and implementing an SEO strategy that would drive visibility among B2B buyers. We expanded the site architecture with new industry and use case pages, giving prospective clients clear pathways to explore how Seerist’s platform could solve their specific challenges.

The design direction emphasized sophistication and clarity. We developed a scalable WordPress theme with an intuitive backend, supported by custom graphics and product visuals that brought the platform’s features to life. Navigation was completely overhauled with the introduction of a new mega menu, ensuring visitors could easily explore solutions, industries, and resources.

On the SEO front, we introduced a two-pronged strategy: building bottom-of-funnel landing pages for high-intent buyers while also launching a top-of-funnel content program to capture early-stage interest. Throughout the project, we maintained a highly collaborative process with weekly check-ins and milestone presentations, keeping multiple stakeholder groups aligned from kickoff to launch.

UX/UI Design

One of the most impactful improvements came through the reimagined user experience. We rebuilt the navigation with a mega menu that worked seamlessly across devices, making it easy for users to find exactly what they were looking for. The outdated look of the previous site was replaced with a modern and consistent design system, giving every page a polished feel that reflected the sophistication of Seerist’s brand.

To improve clarity and engagement, we designed custom graphics and product visuals that highlighted workflows and key platform features. We also created new page templates to bring variety to the browsing experience, ensuring that users remained engaged as they explored the site. These updates not only gave Seerist a stronger visual identity but also made it easier for visitors to understand the value of the platform, reducing drop-offs and encouraging deeper exploration.

Our SEO Approach

Prior to the redesign, Seerist had not yet implemented a robust SEO strategy, which meant they were missing opportunities to connect with prospective B2B customers actively searching for solutions like theirs.

Our team conducted keyword research focused on the needs of commercial buyers while also considering the expectations of their existing government audience. This research informed the creation of industry and solution landing pages, each optimized to align with high-intent search queries. We also introduced a blog strategy to capture top-of-funnel traffic, helping Seerist build awareness among decision-makers earlier in the buying journey. These efforts created a solid SEO foundation that not only improved visibility but also supported lead generation.

SEO Results for Seerist

Through our SEO strategy, Seerist saw a major boost in visibility and keyword coverage, with impressions tripling from December to March and total clicks steadily climbing. We optimized core pages, added SEO-focused content, and implemented technical improvements that expanded Seerist’s keyword rankings from 125 to 172, while securing top results for high-value terms like Travel Risk Management Software and Physical Security Software. Our content strategy also delivered early wins, with blog posts quickly breaking into competitive search results. Together, these efforts elevated Seerist’s digital presence, strengthened their position in the commercial market, and set the foundation for continued growth.
