Latent AI, a B2B SaaS enterprise platform specializing in edge AI, sought to shift from a B2G-focused positioning to a B2B model. They needed a scalable, professional website that better reflected its evolving brand and industry presence. Latent AI aimed to modernize its digital presence while gaining greater control over its website content.
Latent AI’s previous website was hardcoded, limiting their ability to update content easily. Their online presence did not align with their new B2B positioning and lacked the polished, tech-forward aesthetic necessary to compete in their industry. Additionally, their website was split across two different properties due to technical constraints, requiring consolidation into a single, cohesive platform. Latent AI also lacked a defined SEO strategy and was invisible to their customer base.
Our agency partnered with Latent AI to redefine their digital presence through an extensive research and strategy phase, including intakes, creative workshops, and competitor analysis. To modernize their website, we designed an innovative, tech-forward digital experience that aligned with their evolving brand identity. To enhance usability and scalability, we developed a custom WordPress theme that empowered their team to manage content without technical constraints. Finally, to improve searchability and visibility, we implemented a tailored SEO strategy that helped Latent AI reach relevant B2B audiences more effectively.
Latent AI’s platform simplifies complex AI processes, and their website needed to reflect this clarity. We streamlined navigation and information architecture by reorganizing content and introducing a “Solutions” section to highlight industry use cases. Establishing visual consistency was a priority, so we created a unified brand aesthetic with modern typography and a high-contrast design for accessibility. To further enhance engagement, we developed custom graphics that illustrate AI workflows and platform capabilities, along with a suite of industry-specific icons that strengthened the overall user experience.
To ensure long-term scalability and ease of use, we implemented several key development improvements. We built a custom WordPress theme that allowed Latent AI’s team to easily manage and update content. A centralized forms page on the dedicated ‘Get Started’ section streamlined lead generation, while blog enhancements, including a dynamic Table of Contents, improved readability. Performance optimizations such as WebP image formats and optimized home video assets significantly improved load times. Additionally, automated content feeds and conditional logic for external linking ensured a dynamic and scalable content strategy that would grow with the company’s evolving needs.
The redesigned website successfully transformed Latent AI’s digital presence, making it more aligned with their new B2B positioning.
