Allitix is a consulting firm specializing in connected planning and analytics. As a trusted Anaplan partner, they offer tailored solutions across finance, sales, supply chain, and human resources functions, serving industries such as manufacturing, consumer goods, technology, media, telecom, and financial services. In November 2024, Allitix was acquired by Accenture to enhance integrated enterprise planning capabilities.
When Allitix first approached us, their website didn’t reflect the scale or professionalism of their rapidly growing consultancy. It was content-light, lacked visual identity, and failed to communicate their position as the largest Anaplan implementation partner in the U.S. This lack of depth was creating confusion around their full service offerings—many potential clients didn’t realize they offered comprehensive business planning solutions beyond Anaplan.
From a design standpoint, the site lacked any custom graphics or visual storytelling, making it indistinct in a crowded space. On the technical side, it was difficult to manage and failed to meet modern SEO standards. Allitix wasn’t ranking for key terms, and their minimal blog and resource strategy left them invisible in organic search.
Ultimately, the site wasn’t doing its job. It didn’t educate visitors, inspire confidence, or drive meaningful engagement. The Allitix team needed more than a new design—they needed a strategic digital foundation that would grow with their business.
To solve Allitix’s challenges, we began by laying a strategic foundation rooted in research, collaboration, and brand clarity. Through workshops and stakeholder interviews, we uncovered the company’s unique strengths and the perception gaps in their digital presence. From there, we developed a comprehensive roadmap to evolve both the content strategy and visual identity.
We introduced a bold, tech-forward design language that positioned Allitix as a cutting-edge business planning consultancy—not just an Anaplan implementor. Vibrant gradients, abstract imagery, and a refreshed logo brought the brand to life online. At the same time, we rebuilt the website structure from the ground up, expanding their content architecture to clearly outline services, industries served, and thought leadership.
On the development side, we delivered a custom WordPress site that’s fully responsive, secure, and optimized for performance. We implemented a mega menu for intuitive navigation, crafted reusable content blocks to streamline page creation, and introduced backend flexibility so their team could easily manage the site going forward. We also launched a foundational SEO strategy to begin building long-term visibility and authority.
The result: a digital presence that’s as ambitious, polished, and professional as the Allitix team itself.
Design was a cornerstone of this project. We introduced a completely new visual identity that balances modernity with credibility. The old site was minimal and generic with no visual storytelling, no brand distinction. The new design direction brought Allitix into a futuristic and tech-forward space, using vibrant gradients, abstract imagery, and a bold color palette that set them apart from typical consulting firms.
We also redesigned the logo and typography to better reflect their forward-thinking brand, and introduced a custom imagery style that draws from technology-inspired visual language. Through bespoke images and custom animation, the overall aesthetic now communicates innovation and trust at every touchpoint.
On the development front, we built a fully custom WordPress theme that balances creative flexibility with backend simplicity. The site was engineered to be intuitive for the Allitix team, giving them the tools to manage updates without relying on developers, while still preserving the design integrity across components.
Performance was a priority from the start. We converted all imagery to WebP format, kept plugins to a minimum, and introduced lazy-loading to keep things fast. Security enhancements included enforcing strong passwords and implementing two-factor authentication. We also created a mega menu system to better display Allitix’s growing list of services, solutions, and calls to action in an organized and accessible way.
A critical piece of Allitix’s digital transformation was a bottom-up SEO strategy grounded in competitive and keyword research. From the outset, our goal was to ensure the new site didn’t just look the part but performed as a true growth engine in search.
We began by analyzing key competitors in the connected planning, analytics consulting, and Anaplan implementation space. This included both direct competitors and adjacent firms offering similar enterprise planning solutions. We used this research to benchmark content strategies, identify keyword gaps, and spot opportunities Allitix was missing in organic search.
Our team then conducted extensive bottom-of-funnel keyword research, focused on high-intent search terms that aligned directly with Allitix’s core service offerings.
The new Allitix.com is a significant leap forward in both design and functionality. The expanded content structure now clearly communicates the company’s capabilities and leadership in the Anaplan space while leaving room to grow into adjacent services. Their new visual identity offers instant credibility, distinguishing them from competitors and supporting their long-term positioning strategy.
Most importantly, the site is now a marketing engine—not just a placeholder. It’s built for SEO, easy to navigate, visually engaging, and ready to scale with the business.
